 Helix Intercooler Hard-pipe Kits incorporate full aircraft grade T6061 aluminum piping, mandrel bent and TIG welded to exact specifications. Included are Helix Power silicon-hose couplers designed to withstand extremely high temperatures and pressures without the risk of rupturing or deterioration. Available in most applications, high quality stainless steel T-bolt clamps are included to withstand extreme boost pressures. While most intercooler hard-pipe kits tend to “blow off” at 30+ psi boost pressures the Helix intercooler hard-pipe kits have been tested to withstand the rigors of track and rally racing at boost pressures of over 40psi.
